Your documents stay yours
We need your PDF for a few minutes to convert it. After that, it is gone.
Updated 3 October 2026
The PDF you upload
Your file travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our own server, where the conversion runs. It is not handed to any outside conversion service. The PDF and the Word file made from it are erased automatically 60 minutes after upload, or immediately if you press “Delete now” after the conversion. Nobody opens your documents, and they are not kept, sold, shared or used to train anything.
The download address of your Word file is a long random code that only works for your file and stops working once the file is erased.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
With your permission only, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read: pages viewed, approximate country, device and browser type. Google Analytics places cookies (named _ga) for this. If you choose “No thanks”, it is not loaded at all. Your PDFs and their content are never sent to Google Analytics.
Your choice is remembered in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Google's own use of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.
Server logs and abuse protection
Our web server writes technical logs (IP address, date, requested address, browser) that are used only for security and to fix errors, and are deleted regularly. To stop abuse, we also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address with the time of your conversions for one hour.
E-mails
If you write to us, your address and message are used only to reply to you. No newsletter, no mailing list.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact page. In practice, since we keep neither your files nor an account, there is normally nothing linked to you on our side. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
